UX One is a major advancement in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne user experience, and increases user productivity by leveraging the Alert, Analyze, Act design principle. UX One includes both a set of role-based application content that customers can utilize out of the box as well as tools that you can use to create, configure, and personalize your solution to further optimize a user’s interaction with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. - UX One Analytic Components. Providing real-time, transactional information to JD Edwards end users. Users are able to visually analyze current business conditions and more easily identify problems that need attention. Navigation from the Analytic Components allows users to quickly take action.
- Drill-down navigation from the Analytic components, providing a context menu with a selection of applications that can be launched. This gives users access to additional master data or transaction information related to the information in the chart. WATCH VIDEO
- Advanced Queries, Café One and Grid Formats (642, 90 and 147 respectively)
- Form Personalization. This feature empowers users by enabling them to modify the attributes on a page, such as removing field that are not needed for the user’s job role, without customizing the application. WATCH VIDEO

Reduce Deployment Time with Object Usage Tracking from JD Edwards
JD Edwards Object Usage Tracking provides enterprise-wide visibility on JD Edwards’ interactive applications and batch jobs (UBEs) executed, customized, and patched in your environments. Out of the box, UX One analytics help you identify modules in use, usage patterns, as well as peak usage and load across environments to give greater insight into usage, performance, issue analysis, and managing compliance. JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Search
This a keyword-driven “search as you type” feature over JD Edwards EnterpriseOne transactional and master data. It is preconfigured for Address Book, Item Master, and Tasks. WATCH VIDEO
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Search Version 2
This feature that will enable you to quickly find and access the information you need so that you can take the appropriate action from one single search bar—key word driven across the enterprise using Search Categories. WATCH VIDEO

EnterpriseOne Orchestrator Licensing
The usage of Orchestrator is now included as part of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Core Tools and Infrastructure. Customers can employ the power of Orchestrator and Orchestrator Studio as with the other integration and interoperability tools included with Core Tools and Infrastructure.
Notifications, Stay Informed and Act Fast with JD Edwards Notifications
More than just a pop-up alert, the notification system enables users to remain in touch with the critical conditions and events that happen continuously throughout the system, and to quickly take action upon those events even when they are not signed on to the JD Edwards system.
Using Orchestrator Studio, business users can design notifications specific to their organizations processes, rules, and required action. Notification can be a simple text messages, information from Watchlists, or the full power of orchestrations. A scheduler allows the notifications to run periodically and automatically, and continuously monitoring the system for critical conditions and events. When a critical event or exception is detected, the notification system will notify the appropriate users via their preferred delivery: within the JD Edwards web client, in the JD Edwards Work Center, or via email or text message. Barcode scanning reduces the need to manually enter information, making users more efficient and less prone to errors. Existing mobile applications have been enhanced to allow barcodes to be scanned via the device camera or through a peripheral device. Mobile Applications enhancements are within Equipment Management, Case Management, Project Management, Conditioned Based Maintenance, and Service Management. Additional fields that can now use barcode scanning are Service Order Number, Work Order Number, and Asset Number.
Business Process Models.
Business Process Models provide a way for customers to map JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications to customer’s business processes. They help you leverage best practices in addition to allowing you to update them to reflect your unique processes that differentiate your business. JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Business Process Models have been updated for 9.2 to include new modules and enhancements. The models are available in an editable, MS Visio format as well as PDF. Functional Enhancements (highlights)
Manufacturing Production Execution Process Simplification. New tools have been created that can be used to simplify and streamline the execution of the production process: 1- A new work order scheduling application that presents all scheduled operations along with the available capacity at every work center required to complete a work order, 2- A new processing option that allows the parts list and routing to be attached automatically when a work order is created, 3- A new processing option that allows the parts list and routing to be attached automatically when a work order is created, 4- A new processing option that allows the parts list and routing to be attached automatically when a work order is created.
Procurement. Basket Pricing is now available.
Address Book Data Quality. 1- Validations at entry to check address information to identify potential existing duplicate records, 2- Validations at entry to require population of specific address parameters based on Address Book Type (e.g. customer, supplier, or employee).
Sales. Sales Commitments Repost – new batch process is available that runs prior to the Sales Repost across any item to clear out commitments improving the accuracy of inventory availability.
Sales Order Entry Order Guides – Order Guides is a new feature of Sales Order Entry that allows customer service representatives to more quickly create orders for customers they interact with regularly and for items that are commonly ordered.
Financials. Revenue Recognition – Project Costing, Contract and Service Billing, Sales Order Processing, Accounts Receivable and Real State have been enhanced to provide a comprehensive solution for managing the recognition of revenue to comply with legislative alignments.
