MARCH 2019

Syntax Acquires EmeraldCube Solutions

On January 24, 2019, Syntax Systems, a leading provider of cloud-managed ERP services, announced their acquisition of EmeraldCube Solutions. This acquisition extends Syntax’s capabilities by adding EmeraldCube’s industry-leading software solutions such as EmeraldPrism, EnCrypto, FraudID and EmeraldVision. With the addition of EmeraldCloud, an end-to-end business application deployment and management platform based on Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) Public Cloud, Syntax is now even better positioned to help its customers and prospects with their journey to the Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud.

This acquisition creates undisputed strength to implement and manage JD Edwards ERP deployments with strong technical and functional consulting services, complementing their fully managed Private, Public and Hybrid cloud-based solutions. “We have always been prone to innovate and adapt to an ever-changing environment to benefit our clients. We wanted to help our customers with their journey to the cloud while increasing our capabilities for the JD Edwards and Oracle ecosystem in general. We are very excited to join forces with EmeraldCube Solutions,” says Christian Primeau, CEO of Syntax. “They understand the importance of innovation that contributes to customers’ success and have an extensive history with a Public Cloud offering. We will benefit from their expertise and vast pool of talent.”

“I am excited EmeraldCube Solutions is joining Syntax, a company renowned for its innovation, people and customer focus. When we look back on all Syntax has accomplished, the choice and the fit are obvious. We are now looking forward to leveraging our combined talent and proven capabilities as we embark on our next phase of growth,” says Marcelo Tamassia, Partner at EmeraldCube Solutions.

Inside Out: Sharing JDE Data with External Data Sources via Orchestrator

If you’re heading to Collaborate, plan to join our team of experts for a deep dive workshop, “Inside Out: Sharing JDE Data with External Data Sources via Orchestrator”.
JD Edwards customers have always needed to integrate and share JD Edwards data outside of JD Edwards. In the past, this involved BSSV, Z files, flat files and FTP sites, and many other avenues of integration – both real time and batch process. However, there’s a new method in town, Orchestrator, that can handle many of these use cases.

Join the EmeraldCube team for a hands-on training, using our EmeraldCloud environment powered by AWS, with the latest tools release and Orchestrator features. We’ll start with a brief overview of Orchestrator and AIS, along with UDO setup and security needed, then we’ll dive into creating an Orchestration for a sample use case to send data from JD Edwards to an external system.

Reserve your seat today, space is limited to 30 seats.

When: Thursday, April 11 8:0 0am – 12:00 pm CST
